Entry from: Sydney, Australia Entry Title: “Boomerangs and billabongs” Entry: “G’day mate how’s it going? We’ve just had a bonza time in Sydney. After a night in a dive that involved cocooning ourselves in our mozzie net to avoid the resident ticks we mosied round the corner to a nicer place before our tour of the city. Following the advice of our aussie expert (in every sense of the word) Dr.Brom, we picnicced and napped in the botannic gardens overlooking the opera house and harbour bridge-you beauty! Then we flamin galaa’a-d it over to Manly on the ferry for sunset and tea (put another shrimp on the barbie) (sheila) before heading back to our hostel for a bit of shut-eye before our trek to the Gong the next day to meet Ali’s Josh. Luckily he didnt tell us to rack-off so we beached it with him and stayed with his lovely family. The plan was to head to the Blue Mountains by hire car the next day but unfort-o we hadn’t enough credit on the card so headed back to Syddo for more ferry action. Oh and the Lindt cafe mmmmm (Karen we thought of you as the served us melted Lindt chocolate with hot milk). We overnighted with Snowy, friend of Reevo who very kindly accomodated us with no notice.
